Gabriella Gourdin, LMT
Gabriella is a licensed massage therapist, the goal of her practice is to find the root causes in the physicality of what the body actually needs. In order to do this she focuses around the simple philosophy that in order to be a healthy well rounded individual, we must have a deep rooted balance in the four foundations of being human.
Body. Mind. Heart and Spirit.
Her practice focuses on exactly that, starting with the body. Her knowledge of structural work is what she uses to help her clients get their bodies to their individual optimum potential. By educating clients about themselves and their own bodies, she hopes to help restore not only the client's aches and pains but the connection that they share with their own body, which she believes anchors the alignment in the other three foundations. Connection is the goal, so getting to know her clients is an important step of her therapeutic work, so every person that walks through her door feels heard and seen in their therapeutic needs.
Gabriella completed her State Certified Apprentice Program in 2016, and has been licensed and in private practice ever since. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Structural and Trigger Point, and Sports Modalities.
Education is not only a goal for her clients, but a personal goal as well. She is continually learning about new techniques and services that she can incorporate in her practice.
In addition to the art form of Massage Therapy, Gabriella is also a well rounded artist. She is a painter, writer, model, creative director and TV/Film actress.
